Being harassed by a member and i cant block them

Im being harassed by a member. Last week we had a disagreement on a thread and now today, almost a week later he private messaged me. Saying things like If he lived closer hed want to meet, callng me autistic, and other pathetic names. Even his username could be offensive. Ive blocked him but for whatever reason he still able to private message me. Is there a moderator or admin that can help me block this person? I enjoy this forum and the community has been great outside this one person but i think i might make another account to avoid him but I shouldnt have to. He doesnt even own a civicX or is thinking about purchasing one. He joined simply to argue and bother others and bash the 10th gen civics.

Thats what I did. I cant see his posts on threads anymore but for whatever reason he was still able to message me. Thank you for the response!
