I have a white 2018 Civic Si Sedan with ~28k miles and approximately $12k in modifications for $25k.

FBO with flex fuel tune, 280whp/330wtq

Track modified and track ready / needs nothing.
Good luck selling it here. Particularly in this forums everyone will try to low ball you ? I know everyone will try to get better offers including me but some members literally ask for peanuts ?‍♂

That is pretty awesome! What made you do the swap instead of just buying an Si, I would imagine you put down some good coin for the swap
I'm a motorsport person. The sedan is too long, it was either going to be the coupe or the hatchback, but the coupe wouldn't allow me to develop products for CTR. Hatch it is.

The swap ended up being motivated by me blowing up the Sport engine and turbo from oil starvation. I have not done a full-aero track day since, now that we know the L15B's oil system limits.

Just buy it lol, I'm undercutting Mr. Wheelflip by $3k for less miles, proven dialed in, extra rare goodies and it is even set up for ethanol already if you so desire.
