My 2019 Si won’t start and I’m just wondering if it’s probably a dead battery. My voltage reading is at 7.9-8.4V when the car is just in accessory mode and when it’s off is that the normal voltage for these when it’s in those modes?

your battery is dead. Battery should never go below 11.2V, if it's below its completely dead

You probably have a dry cell, try adding distilled water and charge. happen to me on a 2018 EX-T after sitting for 9 days. Just because it says "Maintenance Free" doesn't mean YOU can't maintain it.

You are right , maintenance free is a bullshit . I save few battery like this.
Battery look to be seal, cells cover could be not easy to remove.
