Back pain from the Civic's seats?

Seeing how the Civic and Acura ILX share the same platform or practically almost the same car. Has anyone ever attempted to swap out the driver seat with the ILX one that has lumbar support? Is it even possible to do such a swap? Or are there Civics from other regions that do have seats with lumbar support? I haven’t had issues with my seating but just curious if it’s something that’s possible to do.
