I am curious what the average age is of a Honda Civic owner, but specifically the new redesigned 2016 models. If you own a 2016 Civic or are planning on getting one, I'm curious to know what age group the Civic's are attracting?
I am 38 and I just picked up a Honda Civic Touring after never owning one before. The 2016 got me crazy excited and I'm sure I'm not alone.

34 and this is my 4th civic. My wife had a 96 Civic and I had a 00 Civic. Both cars did extremely well over the years and we got well over 300,000 miles with both vehicles. I bought my wife a 2015 Si for her birthday and drove it so much I got the new car itch. I was waiting for the R but then reality kicked in. I probably would of gotten myself into a lot of trouble with the R so I bought a touring. Im so happy with my purchase and have no regrets.

26, Touring. First Honda, absolutely loving every moment with it.

World of difference from my '07 Fusion.

23, Touring. I just got rid of my '07 Fit.

The thing about civics is, literally everyone drives this car. Its great ages 8 to 80!

23 Civic EX i had an EX before it's the perfect trim level for my age range i think. I don't want the plastic wheel covers and love the sunroof so this car has it all for me.

I bought my 2006 Civic EX when I was 26 and this month I'll be trading it in for a 2016 Touring (I'm now 36). Maybe by the time I'm 46 I'll be driving the new 2026 dark energy-powered flying Civic, judging by the way things have advanced in the past 10 years. ;)

Pretty interesting so far. Average age is trending below 40 at this point. I also find it cool how MOST (i know theres some LX owners here don't worry you're included in this statement) people on this forum have trim levels EX through Touring. I guess thats what seperates us car people from the general population. To us this is more than just a car and form of transport.

I'm 51, and I chose a touring, at my age I deserve some luxury LOL :) A car is not just a car to me, its a passion, something I spend a lot of time in. I think most of the owners here are very passionate about their car too. People who aren't typically don't bother to join forums

I agree. I am almost 40 and having owned a MB and Audi the civic touring feels very luxurious and well built. Not the tin can civic I remember driving in the late 90's. This is much friendlier on the wallet (price/ gas/ insurance, maintenance) and allows me to spend more money on things that are important to me now like my kids, wife and vacations

48, my EX-L is my 2nd Civic (I drove an 89 DX hatchback in college) and my 3rd Honda, this one replacing my 07 Fit that has now become my weekend work/spare/teen driver at 180k miles and still going strong. This is my luxury vehicle reward myself car and I love it.
