Here is a similar mounting angle, but I don't have enough extensions to get the camera lower like yours. How did you get the camera that low?? I was considering a bar you can get that bolts into your seat belt location to add a harness. That would be a great idea for mounting a camera, regardless of adding the harness.

Looked like you had fun out there for sure. What tire do you run?
Fronts: 17x9 245/45 RE71RS’s @ 34 psi
Rear: 18x8.5 245/40 ECS02’s @ 47 psi.

Might be swapping to 18x9 fronts with either 255/40 or 265/35 next season.

I have a suction cup mount that connects to the sun roof:
SMALLRIG 4″ Suction Cup Camera... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BR7KNYGT?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

And then I use this as the extension
SmallRig 9.8 inch Adjustable... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B076KDDBW5?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

Super adjustable and very sturdy.

I'm running 255s on the 17x9s and had no issues with them. They do rub a bit when I push the car to its extreme limits up front but rears never did.

Back to the ol’ debate of going either 255/40/17 and lose out on top end speed or go 255/40/18 or 265/35/18 but spending more.

Been finding myself hitting redline more often through more of the course, so going even a shorter tire might not be the best method forward, imo.

I could also just keep the 17x9 set up and continue running 245/45. It’s been quite successful so far for me.

If you're getting at the point where bigger is better and you can afford the tires by all means, that 255 or 265 will def be an improvement over 245s and if you can not hit rev limiter as often then you'll be faster too.
