Just installed mine. Definitely strong hold. Looks clean enough, doesn't go corner to corner but that's to be expected with the possiblity of cracking.

Some of the stoutest double sided 3m I've ever had to deal with. It was already on the back of the piece. I peeled from the center of the piece making 2 inch tabs first to line it up, missed, took a minute to take it back off without breaking it and pretty much nailed it second shot.

the avs sticker came right off with no effort. but the left behind doesn't look like residue, it looks like a negative in the plastic. might just need to work it more. couldn't tell from your pic.
