So I just found out that the Si will automatically engage a brake hold/hill assist feature when sport mode is engaged! Not sure if this is only on the 2019 models or not. I was parallel parking on a very steep incline last night and when I was in reverse, my car didn't roll forward! I was anticipating a huge roll forward, so I punched the gas while slowly releasing the clutch ( as I normally would do in my older NA cars), and I was pleasantly surprised that surprised that the car didn't move until I let off the clutch more.
Looks like it auto activates hill assist when on inclines in 1st gear also. I was on an incline at a traffic light and my car didn't roll backwards when I let off the clutch. I may have looked like a dbag for revving and not moving, however LOL
Last night was the first time I enabled sport mode, but definitely not the last time!
