Don't have a CTR (yet) but I find on a multi-hour trip it helps to periodically (each fill-up or more) to adjust the seatback tilt and/or seat position slightly or a lot. When we did our half-lap of the USA, 10,000 miles in about 21 driving days, seldom had any discomfort, other than numb-butt.

sometimes but man oh man I'm getting butt fatigue now lol
Same symptoms here caused by gas prices though, seats are awesome comfy, I d even say therapeutic, the R thrill helps.
