Anyway to automatically subscribe to threads I start or post in?

All other message boards I belong to have a setting in the User Profike that automatically notifies you of any posts to threads you start or post in. I haven’t found that setting on this board.

I always forget to check the Watch abs Notification check boxes. I have only used this forum on my phone so maybe I missed that setting.
