you will need to modify the front fender tab but then you’re fine

Thanks. So both spoon and swift need front fender tab to bend in??

My front fender tab is already all rubbed off with my previous set up.. haha

Do u need rear camber arm??
you don’t need it. Camber arm is to fix excess negative camber. You can run no rear camber arm and it’s about -2 degrees on swift’s. You’d get the camber arm to bring it back to -1 or so.

Did you modify the fenders or camber at all?
not yet but I might have to trim the rears a smidge if I lower. It rubs slightly on speed bumps if I have a full car. I’ll probably do the front tabs just in case. I plan on lowering on Spoons.

275/35/18 on 18x9.5+45 lowered with Eibach Pro. No modifications to body. If you install camber kit in rear to correct camber you will then rub. Currently running 285/30/18.
Good luck!

Which 285’s are you on? Same 45 off set wheels? Any rub?

Any chance you got some parked photos with the fitment?

I rub with 265/35 A052 on a 9.5+40 wheel and eibach pro kit. Nothing on the street but heavy track use has rubbed through the fender liner. Not rubbing the side marker yet, but close.

Tab already bent in and rear flares/body trimmed.

Running Goodyear F1 Supercar 3R tires in 275/35R18 on Motegi MR 18x9.5 for the track (stock height). Very slight rub on one of the front tabs till I pushed it up a bit (note: with Hardrace lower camber adjust plates up front on setting B and guide pins removed for -2.7 front camber).

Hey guys, this weekend I’m planning on installing my set of 18x9.5 +45 wheels wrapped with Continental DWS06+ 275/35 along with K-Tuned springs. From what I’ve read here I’ll need to bend the front fender tabs, but could you guys help me out with a couple questions?

1. How is tread wear without camber arms after a mild drop (spoon, H&R, K-Tuned, etc.)? Do you find the inner edges wearing excessively fast without correcting back to the stock -1 camber spec?

2. If I do install camber arms to correct the negative camber, do you think I’ll need to modify the rear fenders to accommodate the wide tire?

Thanks in advance!
