Anyone know how to modify the oem clutch master cylinder

Does anyone know how to DIY modify the oem clutch master cylinder? Trying to get rid of the 2nd gear crunch and 4th gear lockout which is especially annoying on track since I'm constantly going from 3rd to 4th. I know there's someone that modifies them and sells them but when I emailed him to see if he shipped overseas he never responded. Can't seem to find any diy's online, I'm sure its something easily done.
I've also done the whole adjust clutch pedal, fluid change with no luck.
