Anyone interested in a Sunshade made specifically for Ktuner V2's? Better Screen Visibility!

I've noticed I've had a hard time seeing my V2 screen while driving into the sun even with the brightness all the way up. So I thought there needs to be something that shields the screen from the sun. I even saw someone else make a thread about it.

Well I mocked and welded this up real quick. .060 5052 Aluminum. It will mount to the top two Allen bolts on the Ktuner. I need to look into what the best powder coat or paint would be to help reflect heat aswell to try to keep the unit cooler.

Would anybody be interested in buying some if I made a bunch?

Also anything you would like to add or suggestions?

Im a metal fabricator and welder with endless tools, lasers, brake, CNC mill.

Small side flares might be needed at night, but I'd want the smallest/shortest possible.

You can always do the trusty, “for off-road use only” trick haha

Side flares and closing the gap at the top are all I can recommend... Along with getting a coating of paint to kill the glare of the top of the hood.

That looks cool. I think I need active cooling on mine though, it doesn't even respond to touch and starts freezing values sometimes. Figure it's because of the sunlight.
