This was the first thing I did! Many thanks to this site for posting the DIY. Super easy and silly that a $40k car didn't have it from the factory. I ordered the black module from the Honda Accord but you can easily save some $$$ and just buy the gray version on ebay for ~$50. All you have to do is swap over the Mic to the new piece and reinstall. Refer to the links posted for the wiring guides. Super easy mod, 30 minutes from start to finish. I tapped into the two wire harness for the Red LED light in the console for the homelink button illumination.

Just confirming, those with a 20-21 CTR, the wiring for this module is there once the original piece is removed? Please post a link for CTR install before I purchase the homelink. Thanks

The Hondalink module specific wiring harness is NOT present. You need to tap into existing dome light wires for the transmitter and the overhead red LED for the button illumination. Refer to the DIY links posted in this thread for more info. It is not hard to do.

...I know you can swap out for the Homelink Mirror as well.
Wanted to point out that swapping out the mirror also gets you auto-dimming at night. Not huge, but it is a convenience. Power has to be tapped from other circuits as noted above. If you go this route, try to get a donor Gentex model 453 mirror from an ebay seller that labels the leads. Due to differences between oem applications, tracking down wire colors can be difficult.
