Very simple way I've learned to transfer CDs onto my computer is through iTunes desktop program. iTunes usually does a good job with recognizing a CD and transferring all the data over to the computer, and from there you can simply copy the artist/album folder with mp3s or wavs or whatever. Just make sure you use the file type your car recognizes.

eh? You're using Exact Audio Copy to rip your CDs into WMA and then play them with Windows Media Player?
Yep.
It's the only way I can figure out how to get artist, album, song title, etc to show up.
