Noticed those frame offset on my drivers side door and was curious if anyone else's door had this issue.

If you mean where the two pieces are welded together. I just noticed that on mine this weekend after I've had it 2 years!

It's where the window frame and door frame connect. Not lined up very well before being welded.

Looks to be an intentional overlap of structure for rigidity, maybe? Mine is like that as well; Noticed it the first week while detailing it.

Actually, that looks like "what Swindon makes". My sedan does not have that at all. It mates up surprisingly well.
