It seem to be sticking up way to high and rubbing against the hood. Thinking about cutting it down.

It's a common problem. You need to rotate it just right. Lots of people get stuck on it thinking there's no right way to do it.

I don't think rotating is the solution. There is a metal tube behind that and I have seen others bending it. If I cut it down I think it would do the trick. Look how high it sits. The OEM one is almost flush with the piping.

I just said "F it" and cut mine HVI intake down 1/2 inch or so. It works perfectly now. No rubbing. And don't need to rotate it. I feel PRL made it too long. Just my 2 cents.

I couldn't get mine to rotate into position either so I just about an inch off where the evap purge goes.

Yeah, I had to cut mine. Wasn’t happy about it. But been running fine.

I should have cut mine more, your install looks good.

I had to cut my vacuum lines to get it in with no kinks or rubbing.

I had to cut mine by about 1/4".

When I eventually installed the PRL titanium turbo inlet pipe, it came with a new silicone pipe which did not need trimming.
