I have a Broadway BW155 Blue 270mm Convex Mirror in a touring sedan.

It fits perfectly, does not interfere with the sun visors or sensing, and stays on even though I have the fatter "auto dim" mirror.

After a couple hours I was used to the "objects are closer than they appear" of convex mirrors.

Barry.

If any of you had both an auto-dimming mirror and a blue-tinted one, does the blue mirror provide as much glare reduction at night?

My problem with the auto-dimming mirror is that the rear hatch's third brake light and mid-spoiler often block other cars' headlights from reaching the mirror's sensors, so the dimming function rarely activates when it's needed. It's the only thing about my car that's pissing me off.

I'd like to either swap it out for a basic flip-to-dim mirror or get a blue-tinted one instead.

I run a broadway 300mm convex blue tint.

It provides ample glare reduction from headlights at night in my opinion.

And the reduction of blind spots is wonderful.
I also run my side mirrors all the way out.

If you are new to convex mirrors, there is an adjustment period as the point of view is different from a flat mirror.
