Anybody know what this is? Orange plastic on the suspension

I just noticed there’s orange plastic on my suspension. Anybody know what this is for?

Take the car to the dealer and make them remove them, those came from factory when the car is brand new.

If you don't want to waste your afternoon with a dealer visit, just cut the zip tie holding them to the spring.

They are just spring spacers used when cars are transported. Cut the zip tie and throw them away

wow they must not PDI them very well where you purchased the car.

I would bring it back to the dealership and ask for an free alignment after also.

They raise the car to get it off the transport truck. They should have been removed during the pdi. One of mine was left on as well, I snipped it off.

Bro lmao.. get that shit outta there. I drove around for about 800 miles before I found one left over in the front passenger side suspension. I was able to pull mine out, but definitely not supposed to be in there.

Sorry if i'm wrong but i recognize your name from s2ki and the ASM build thread. Didn't know you picked up a CTR.

Theres a lot of users here with both the S2k and the CTR. Shows how great and fun the S2k is even after all these years

yeah that's me. i planned to purchase a CTR later but wifey approved and i was able to keep my03 (only had to sell two other builds).
the S2k is still so much fun. i autox'd MY03 last season and will run MY18 this season.
nice too see a fellow S2k owner on this forum.
