Its moisture under the clear coat. Only way to get it out is to use a heat gun and SLOWLY and LIGHTLY try and dry it out. I AM NOT RESPONISBLE FOR ADVISING YOU OF THIS AS IT TAKES A VERY PATIENT HAND AND SOME TIME. Recommend taking it to a body shop or a detail shop to have done other wise you will burn that paint instantly. Good Luck !!
How exactly does that happen? Wouldn't that be a factory defect if moisture can get under the clear? I'd be raising hell at Honda to fix it if it were me and its still under factory warranty.

Hey all, the detail shop was able to get it out! So happy! I'll still keep an eye on the area though.

looks like a abrasive cleaner was used is all like brake clean!
