Finally getting around to installing the Cusco Front Power Brace and there is no way it fits a 2020 SI.

Part number: 3C8 492 FLHD

I purchased from MAP Performance and double checked that I bought the correct part (at least according to their website). There is no way this this fits at you would have to bend the hard mounted bracket that holds the lower radiator hose... see pics below.

Anyone out there have this installed? Did I get the wrong part?

This bar definitely would have to seriously bend the radiator bracket and still would have to move mush higher:

Lol.
it’s a very tight fit, once you get the bolts off it gives you slightly more room to work with.

Just bend the bracket for the radiator hose... It is not a big deal..

Is that what you had to do?

It seems like a good bit of bending. I guess wont hurt anything as long as the hose stays away from the fans, i just didn't like the idea. I will try again this afternoon after the OSU game... GO BUCKS!

It's tight but honestly not to tricky. Jack the front way up so you have some room to work. I did end up scratching the paint on the top side quite a bit, unfortunately.

have both versions. 1.5t and 2.0na, didn’t bend anything. The fitment is tight but it fits totally fine.

Well I got the bar installed yesterday but it is 100% against that hose bracket, but I don't think that really matters. The main thing for me was I didn't have to modify the splash guard at all for this bar, the ultra racing one does require modification from what I've seen from other members.

Here's a pic of how it is before I put the splash guard back on. (I scratched it a little)

Would this create a rattle if you have after market motor mounts?
I have this brace and RMM with no rattle or additional NVH than before. It's also hard telling any of the 6 braces are installed. Maybe I just need to drive a friend's less modified si back to back.

I guess that is the honest response that answered my question!

So, how's the before and after feel?
I actually do notice a little bit more vibration in steering wheel and pedals but its a good feedback from the road bumps and tires grip not just generic vibrating. I have a big bump at the end of my driveway so I'm always hitting that and noticed the difference quickly on my first drive.

But I do have the 27won strut tower brace as well so it could be that both together create this difference. I also have type-r RMM with perrin inserts but I dont notice any more motor vibrations. But I still dont like how its against that hose bracket.

I have cusco front brace, mid brace, rear brace and seat rail braces. Tanabe top strut brace, and ultra 4 point rear strut brace. That's all 6 braces available for this platform. Boomba RMM, eibaach FSB and RSB, links, springs, bushings, wheels and tires... The ride is obviously much different than stock but it's hard telling what's what. I did put them on one at a time but I forget at this point. I'd say the 4 point rear bar/amp rack made the biggest difference. Other than the RMM which obviously makes the biggest difference.
