Shout out to Eric and the wonderful Auto Mat Zone and ToughPRO team toughpro.com. Made I the USA custom made and fit for the Type R. Material is very good, it will protect your trunk space keep it clean from all the junk I'll be storing back there.

It is also cheaper than OEM for the same quality. Check them out for a great alternative. I am happy with mine!!

I think it looks cool, but two negative things for me personally- no walls around the sides and cleaning that perfectly would be such a pain in the long term. My OCD would want each circle completely clean, free of trapped dirt.

Their site doesn't list the CTR only the regular Civic, as far as I could tell. And that reseller has a very low rating as well, so, eh. I agree the cleaning seems iffy. I have usually gone with Weathertech, and been very happy. Yes, they cost more, but I've never, ever had an issue.

Where did you see the low rating? The mat feels durable and the design looks to really trap dirt or whatever mine was shipped fast no hassle. At the end of the day it's just a trunk mat. You shouldnt pay such exorbitant amounts for a damn trunk mat because it has a Type R logo on it.

I am just giving the community a good alternative to get.

But it doesn't have the Type R logo on it. I want people to know I'm driving a type R :D. This reminds me of the Monster mat from the Golf GTI. Is it rubberized plastic? The best way to clean is the take it out and power wash it or hose it down.

This mat def not Rubberized plastic. Its a tough mat, very heavy and to clean you would want to remove and power wash any trunk mat you get. When i ordered my mat Eric texted me immediately to verify fitment I was surprised. You can tell that they do care about their product, and it is USA made baby...

Reason I asked is rubberized plastic holds stuff in place better. I don't like things are sliding around the trunk when I'm taking corner.

Yeah they are rubber. I had the floor mats and the trunk mats on my model 3 and after a while I took them off because they kept moving around and folding while driving , if you happened to have a heavy bag on top of the mat, or if you just got out of the car and moved it with your foot. Plus since it didn't have a border wall, it accumulates too much dirt from going in an out the car.
