Amsoil OE VS Signature Series

I searched but did not find this question. I plan on changing oil every 5,000. My car does not get drove all that much because of a work truck and riding in the wife’s car.

I might hit 5,000 miles a year, but I plan to change oil every 5,000 miles or every year depending which is first. Can I use the Amsoil OE or should I go with the Signature Series.

No tune, stage one PRL, and some prl boost hoses. All stock motor other then that.

So from what I’m reading is Amsoil synthetic OE level of oil is still better than the leading standard synthetic oils Like Mobil and Pennzoil and Castrol
