Thanks guys. I ordered some polish, microfiber towels, wax and a clay bar to try and tackle this myself. The damage is barely noticeable in normal circumstances to begin with, so I'm confident I can get most of it looking normal again. Will keep you posted on how it goes!

70% isopropyl with a micro fiber cloth. Tested on a small area first. The CRV was dark blue and the transfer was white paint. Looked fine afterwards. YMMV

Wash the microfiber before use. They come with a lot of dust into them.
