If you go down to a 235/35, you can go with a Michelin Pilot Sport 4 All Season. My friend is using these on his stock wheels. Surprisingly they have more sidewall and appear wider than the stock 245/30s.
Got any pics of what those look like? I use 255/30/20 and I wish they were beefier on the sides.

I mean I use them haha. They have to be warmed up to be any good but they’re decent as long as you aren’t in unplowed snow you’ll be fine and I drove through a rain storm to Pennsylvania in those with a ton of construction. They held up well to stop go traffic/pot holes and generally erratic behavior lol.

Don't see much info on the Toyos and they don't seem to be available anywhere. Probably bite the bullet and order 245/35R20 Michelin AS4, Conti DSW06 Plus or BFGoodrich g-Force COMP-2 A/S PLUS on my stock LE rims for fall/winter use.

The AS4 in 245/40/18 work great for me, I was really happy with their performance. Hopefully this carries over to the 245/35/20.

FYI Michelin now makes the AS4 in 245/30R20. I received a set over July 4. I will be selling my Conti AS UHP DWS06 245/35R20 tires with less than 150 miles on them soon as I swap them for the new AS4's. The DWS06's do seem to ride well and give you more side wall for those who have really bad roads and are running non forged OEM rims.

I ended up finding a set of FK2 OEM Type R wheels. They are 19x8.5 but also ET60. I plan on putting 245/35/19s on them so that I will still have an accurate odometer reading.
Iv got this set up now on Tein Springs and my readings are still ~2mph above my actual speed. previously had O.Z wheels 19x8.5 et 47 and the readings were the same as now.
