By noise reduction do you mean droning? We allwant more noise!! ;P
Yes, droning. To me it's the most annoying thing in the world and gets old pretty quick. I don't mind a little growl when you mash the throttle, but when I'm cruising at hwy speeds I want quiet

I am really disappointed with the 2022 version of the SI.
Already that they have remove the coupe from the range,
it will lack power against the compétition.
On top of that, Honda will make a few dollars, on each car,
by removing accessories, it's a shame.
My modified 2017 Si coupe that has only 31000 km will be
my last car.
I have a lung cancer that is killing me. In fact, I should have
been dead by the end of September, according to my oncologist pronosis.
To all CicicX members, I wish you a long life.

I guess it is good that a lot of people are happy with their 10th gen.

For me I would bought the 11th gen if it came out today and will be considering it to replace my 10th gen. I think the styling is way better and I like the upgrades they have made to the engine. Any time you buy a car you have to keep the right perspective on it to enjoy it. For me I have an expensive project car and I had a daily driver that was unreliable and got horrible gas mileage. The Civic Si is the perfect replacement for my previous daily driver because it is fun to drive, while being extremely reliable and economical.

A coworker of mine drives a Forte GT manual. I was considering one when shopping for my Si. He gets worse mileage than I do. For that reason I am happy with the civic.

While the type R is around the Si will always play second fiddle. The only gripe I have against both the 10th and 11th gen Si, is that it does not get its own bespoke engine.

I’d gladly pay $1000 more for upgraded audio in my si, but I wouldn’t trade the features that I lose on the X gen for the Bose. Not that I really use them often lol

I knew about the lack of heated seats and dual climate. Heated mirrors were removed too? Yikes. For cold weather people that's a necessity.
Our car's have heated mirrors? That must be what that one button I never have to push does...

Tell me that’s a photoshop job…
It's most likely for sound deadening (lessening some high frequency sounds), as there is really no other reason they couldn't have made the pipe shorter. The rev range has been pushed out as well as shorter gearing means more noise
