SO MY INTERIOR IS LEATHER.
IT IS CURRENTLY BURNING DOWN HERE IN CALIFORNIA.

I HAVE NOTICE AN ISSUE WITH MY A/C.
ITS NOT REALLY KICKING OUT COLD AIR LIKE THE GOOD OL DAYS.

HOW EVER, WHEN I PREHEAT MY ENGINE WITH THE FOB PUSH START FEATURE THE AIR IT BLOWS IS COLDER THAN WHEN THE ENGINE IS ON AND RUNNING.

ARE THERE ANY PRELIMINARY STEPS I CAN TAKE, TO COME TO A SOLUTION?
OR SHOULD I JUST RECHARGE THE AC AND SEE WHAT HAPPENS?

Your AC is probably low on pressure. You could just recharge it but you should really get to the bottom of why it has lost pressure to begin with.

Is your phone/keyboard stuck on caps lock? ?

Anyway, you might want to have the freon level checked and if low, have it refilled.

If your passenger side is blowing cold air and the passenger side hot air, you might have a condenser or compressor problem since it is a common issue with the 10th gen Civics.
