Anybody happen to know what size lugs I need for a 2017 Si?
12 mm - 1.50. If running stock wheels, the lugs are flat bottom, aftermarket wheels are cone. I believe

V the Si already told you. 12x1.50.
Stock wheels lugs are ball seat. Almost all aftermarket wheels are tapered base (60°). Project Kics are very nice, as are Ray's Dura lugs, forged aluminum, or Work.

will a 18x9.5 +39 with a 255/35 tire work on eibach sportlines?
I am currently running 18x9.5 +38 wrapped in 245/40 on sportlines. Absolutley no rubbing. Not sure about 255/35.

Have had a super hard time finding 18x9.5 +38 on a non-Type R since the fender flares are smaller on ours. How flush with fender is it? Looks pretty on point. No rub? I am not dropping as low as the skunk2, if at all... my driveway is a 30 degree incline. I would imagine this setup is ok stock but there is an extra inch of wheel inside the wheel well compared to an 18x8.5 which would be my second choice, so I'd like to be sure

Sits pretty flush. I bent the tabs on the front fenders. Havent heard any rubbing or seen any signs of it. Looks great imo. If you are staying at stock height, you could go 265 and be ok.

Switched up my suspension setup. I was previously on H&R springs & Bavar Racing BV02 (18 x 9.5, +35mm).

Now I'm on Function & Form Type II coilovers and Volk TE037s (18 x 9.5", +38mm). Factory sport trim tires (Conti 235/40/18). Function & Form sway bar end links and SPC rear camber arms.

Surprisingly, zero rub, even with steering wheel at full lock. Rear fenders are NOT rolled. I think that when I move up to 245 width tires, I'll need to either roll rear fenders or run more negative camber. Just drove 2k miles on this setup over the weekend, moving from LA to Chicago!

Anyone running SI specific sportlines with 245/40 on an 18x9.5 +40 wheel? I need tires soon and I’m wanting to run either 245/40 or 255/35. Need to know if I’ll run into rubbing issues. Pic of my car for reference. Currently on factory 235/40

Yes, I'm currently running that setup. I've rolled my rear fenders almost flat, which allowed me to take out a lot of the negative rear camber. Was -2.7/-2.9, now is -.9 on both sides. I have the Godspeed adjustable rear camber arms. You will run into rubbing with the 245's, unless you do the above. 18x9.5", 45mm you can get away with it without the fender roll.

Good to know. I have the spc rear arms but I just set everything to factory spec. I’ll probably have to do the fender tab mod since mine is an 18’

The wheels are Rays Gramlights 57DR 18/9.5 +38 offset wrapped in 265’s/35/18 continental DWS06 and I’m lowered on D2 springs, I was rubbing a lot until I folded tabs, it still rubs but not as much depending on the dips.
