Update with 245 Falken RT615's, no rubs at stock height. I really like how it looks with the meaty tires. Next is to lower it 1 inch, with some camber.

Damn that sucks man... yeah not having a garage would make me freak out all the time. That’s why I got locking lug nuts on my wheels to have some safety.

Lowered on d2 coilovers with Godspeed rear camber arms.

Next season will be putting some 265/35 tires.

You experiencing any rubbing on this setup? I recently picked up 18 x 9.5 +35 and don't know if I should stretch my 235s or just upgrade to 245s. Concerned about rubbing on a daily basis.

After your springs settle, you will rub even with stretched 235. All on the outer most of the tire that should go away with fender rolling. If you aren't down to roll your fender, choose different springs, or don't go 9.5 wide with the 235 tire. You'll hear it rub on most dips.

I have zero rub with 9.5 with 235s with settled springs. That said his wheels are 5mm more aggressive so there may be some fender tab rubbing. The fender tab cab be rolled VERY easily and likely would stop the rubbing.
