Aftermarket Headlights

I just installed these aftermarket headlights and the driver side is hyper flashing and I don’t have any bulbs that went out what could be causing this problem?

you probably need a ballast or wiring harness for them since your car was wired for halogens.

I think you should contact the maker for trouble shooting. What's the brand?

UPDATE :
Got replacements and they work perfect so it does seem like I did receive a defective headlight
