If those were your original OEM plugs, they were broken by whoever removed them first.

Yes they are oem plugs the dealer removed them and is not willing to replace them.

Correct this is what I told them. They are trying to say that someone removed them before.

Something like this should be covered by the dealer if they took the plugs out. The car has only been to honda.

They are denying the work because my car is modified. The modifications have nothing to do with the work that needs to be completed.

There goes their second huge mistake, compounding the first one. Now they are jeopardizing your ignition coils and engine with heavily damaged spark plugs... This is utterly outrageous. Gather evidence and report to Honda Headquarters immediately.

Were the spark plugs reinstalled by the same incompetent 'mechanic'? Get those out of there ASAP, and replace with new spark plugs.

Denso is always better than NGK, particularly Iridium Tough spark plugs... If you wish to upgrade, you'll go with Denso.
I disagree with this; but I'm curious as to how you came to form this opinion.

I believe the last time I posted on this thread, I was at approximately 21k miles.
Since then, the engine has blown (at about 22k miles), and Honda replaced it under warranty.
Today, I'm at about 26k miles, and I'm having the same spark plug issue as previously.
The ceramic insulator around the electrode is sliding.
I replaced it with a brand new NGK I had ordered just in case, but this is ridiculous.
