After I changed wheel bearings on my 2016 Honda civic ex all the warning lights are on now and no clue why or how to get rid of them

If it doesn't sound like its going to blow up, just drive it around the block. Unplugging the battery probably put it into a confused mode. Wheel bearings aren't electronic and shouldn't send a signal to anything

No they was put in the right direction and I did the factory reset and then drove it home and then shut it down and then restarted it and then the warning lights went off and haven't came back on again so I must of did the right thing to reset it and fix it

It does this whenever you disconnect the battery, it needs to re-calibrate all the sensors, usually you just have to drive down the street and key off-on the car and it's good.

I assume you would have had to disconnect and reconnect the ABS speed sensor. I’d give the harness a look. Pretty sure it inputs to ABS, VSA and TPS at a minimum.
