So I recently placed an order for a Twisted Steel DP directly off of AFE's website on Sat 7/11. I started to have second thoughts and decided to send an email to customer service ( [email protected]) to please cancel my order on the afternoon of Sunday 7/12.
Today is Tuesday 7/14 and I just got an email that my order has shipped.
They completely ignored my request, I double checked that my email was addressed correctly. Really bad customer service, they've ensure that I won't use them again in the future. Now when I process a return, I'll have to eat the shipping cost. They had plenty of time to cancel the order, or to respond why they can't, they just chose to ignore me and shipped it out anyways.
