Advice for new purchase!

Sup everyone, I am new here. I specifically joined because I will be purchasing a 2017 Honda Civic Type-R in the next few days.

My questions are the following. Any additional up-charges I should pay attention to before I sign the paperwork? I am looking at two PMM CTR's and they are going for $37k, which I am okay with paying because I have a budget of $45k. Is there an add-on that I should be on the lookout for, one that you all purchased or wish you had bought?

I believe that is all I can think of right now, I have researched a ton of things and if anyone has any advice or suggestions, I'd like to hear them.

Don't let them tell you the expensive add on security will prevent the key fob hack, it won't. Don't got the anti-stain for the interior either it seems to make the fabric brittle and susceptible to stuffing and fraying.
