Adding exterior pin striping?

Settled on this for my final design. 1 side of the car is done. I'm having some trouble getting the stripes to stick when i wrap them around the door openings. is it a matter of making sure it REALLY clean in there, or is there a technique to getting them to stick around a corner?

Where did you order the RR mirror covers? Directly from Honda?

Hey that looks great! i am thinking about a "Honda" blue stripe like this on a polished Metal Metallic HB Sport T. how "easy" would it be for a novice? how long did this take you? Prep?
