Non Si - 1.5T CVT driver here.... is it any way realistic to install the adaptive damper system the Si has on a non si without having to do some crazy modifications? Would all I need to do is swap dampers, do wiring, and reprogram the ecu/modules? Or is there a lot more to it than that? I can't find much on how the system is set up on the Si's so I really don't know. I know it would be expensive and impractical but I'm just curious as I haven't seen a thread on this yet.

Also, is there such a thing as an after market adaptive suspension system?

Thanks.

It's an option for European hatches, so its not impossible.

It would be a wiring nightmare and for what? To have a slightly stiffer rebound rate sometimes? Everyone with the SI hates the system when it comes time to upgrade the suspension. Just get some better shocks and springs and be glad no light will come on for you.
