A newbye question, tryed to read around but no luck.
What happen exactly when the "active suspension" button is pushed?
what parameters are reconfigured in software and/or hardware?

I believe the button affects the suspension damping, tightens steering, and changes throttle sensitivity.

In case of the Si and Type R. I believe franzfume has a Euro Civic Sport Plus and it only stiffens up the suspension on this.

Yes I have an euro sport+
So just stiff suspension? Nothing else?

I think so. I also have a Sport Plus and I don't notice any difference in steering feel and throttle sensitivity.

Sorry for resurrecting this topic, also Euro Sport+ owner here. Indeed, steering is unaffected by the activation of Dynamic mode but in more occasions I have noticed a slight increase in throttle sensitivity with Dynamic on vs off.
The only relevant way i could feel the difference was when coasting at say 2000rpm in a given gear (let's say 3rd), when activating Dynamic mode I could feel the car slightly accelerating although i am still keeping the same pressure on the accelerator pedal.
Could you validate this behaviour also? :)
