Hi everyone. I got some issue about boost command dropping

İn the attachment you will see the calibration and datalog which i m trying to find the solution for boost pressure drops

Around 4000 rpm bpcmd is 27-27.5 psi
But
When engine rpm goes from 4000 to 6000, it drops 25.2 psi.

I want to keep boost pressure at the end of 6000 rpm. İ couldn't find the solution on the tables. All boost tables are same between 4000-6000rpm.

Am i missing something?

I stole this from another forum:

Stock turbo's arent really there for huge power. They don't push enough air for that. Similarly, when the engine is turning higher RPM's and requiring more air, the stock turbo can't possibly keep pushing enough air at full pressure to keep up with the engine without damaging itself, because the faster the engine turns, the faster the cylinders are evacuated and refilled. To keep up with that exponential increase, the turbo has to push a LOT more air to keep full boost, and the turbo simply can't push that much air. So they taper it off at the end, to save your turbo, and your engine.

He is not using stock turbo. He is using rv6 r365 turbo now and his engine is forged.

Have you been advised with your tuner?

I m tuning my car by myself. I also send catalogs and calibration to hondata. I think there is something that hondata did limit on the calibration who users can not see it.

You're still on CVT right?

Sorry, I cannot find your calibration and datalog. Have you tried changing the torque limit?

You need to tune Knock Air Limit. Your Knock Air Limit seems too low for RV6 turbo and your TCMPR. Also, test without Hondata traction control enable. Tune the traction once the mechanical tune meets your target & expectation.

TCMPR is Turbocharger Maximum Pressure. Your knock limit is too low for the pressure you are aiming. Knock Control Limit sets the cylinder filling limit (mg) based on knock retard. It can be increased without adversely affecting K. Control. Makes boost levels more consistent as knock retard varies.
