Dear Honda -

I am turning in my current Honda Accord lease this Saturday. I plan to postpone any purchase until the March timeframe. I am deciding between a new Accord or a new Civic. Unless there is a confirmed TSB available to address these issues with the 7" infotainment system, I will not be choosing a new Honda. It truly is that simple.

They are too widespread and there is no excuse for this poor quality out in the wild.

I'm having the same issue, the audio system Will not turn on. I have a feeling it is the head unit.

That's probably their owner's issues outreach account.
Honda does not watch non Honda sites

If you have a problem call Honda at 1-800-999-1009
Honda does not go digging through the internet looking for customers with trouble, if you have a problem, talk to Honda directly.

You should still CALL Honda if you have a problem. The original question was asking if a site outside of this one, and not a Honda site either, was helpful in filing complaints, I responded to that
Ah gotcha. Got confusing there since you quoted another post and not the first post. Agreed on your advice to always call Honda if you have a problem.
