I bled the rear brakes because of air trapped in the rear calipers. Used my new Foxwell NT510E scan tool to clear the EPB codes and put it in/out of maintenance mode.
Now I have a bunch of dash lights on (VSA, Brakes, Parking Brake, TPMS) and all these systems are inoperative. The following codes come up and I can't clear them because they are "Permanent DTC" codes:
U3000-49 ECU Internal Circuit Failure
U0126 CAN Communication Failure with Absolute Steering Wheel Angle Sensor
U0123 CAN Communication Failure with Yaw-rate/Acceleration Sensor
U0151 CAN Communication Failure with SRS
C1100-92 Decelerating Abnormally Detection
U1281 Gauge control module lost communication with MICU (body control module) (MICU frame)

Any thoughts? I didn't think a scan tool could cause so much trouble.

This is why I *hate* the e-brake.

I don't know the solution. But I recall a few of threads where DIY and indy garage folks replaced brake pads and had similar errors. IIRC... the e-brake and it's orchestra had to be recalibrated. Some folks just resigned themselves to taking it to Honda next time.

I think for future brake jobs I may just bend over and take it to the dealer.o_O

I did a little more research and found I might be able to recover it by reloading the ABS/VSA software using a J2534 interface box and Honda HDS software. Does anybody know of one that is reasonably priced?
