you got a 2017 or something?!
Yes. I mentioned that in an earlier post. I just think spreading misinformation like this is not great for the community.

I'm done hijacking this thread. It's great work. I thought I'd get a quick answer but instead I got the Aston Martin.

Agree to disagree bro.

As another engineer here to chime in, its rare to see a part number change for no reason. Like was said before, small changes are usually indicated by rev change. A whole new part # typically means a more drastic change.

I'm saying there is a reason but there are a ton of them. I've seen part number changes just for traceability reasons. Like an assembly line change. Consequently, we did trace down a bunch of failures to a single assembler by doing so. Sometimes a non-functional surface finish change for cost reduction. Sorry, if that was not clear.

just keep that torque in check.

i opened it to see 608 whp and instead 90% of this thread is about some damn rods.

@OP, good shit! That's quite impressive.

I guess it's time to trade my '17 in for '18+ based on the additional drama or so-called debate. hahaha!

Nice. I’m going for broke too but not quite to this level lol. Going to max out the PRL drop in.

It’ll run for a while at this power level I bet. The k series are amazing engines.
