6 pin connector next to fusebox

Just wondering how much power can this connector handle ? if thats how you say it. I currently have my fog light switch (aftermarket ebay) and my footwell lights drawing power from here. I just recently got my illuminated door sills that also wire up to this 6 pin and wondering if I can tap into the same wire as the footwell lights or if itll blow it.

I believe several of the Honda add-ons plug into that socket... Maybe the interior illumination, the rear-usb ports on the 2019's, maybe more, becuase I recall in reading one of the installation instructions they talked about plugging them into each other if one was already plugged into it. At least I'm pretty sure that is what I remember.

I think that the optional console illumination, door sill illumination, and Qi phone charger accesories connect there.
