I'm testing the waters. My heart doesn't want to let her go, but my logic brain says "Bro, you drive the car once a month, maybe..."
So here's some info:
2018 Honda Civic Type-R / Black / Low ~24,000 miles
The car has been worked on exclusively by Jake at JSR in Covina. The car has been tuned by Erick at Erick's Racing three times, and the fourth and current tune was done by John Pierro at FK8 Tuning & Development. It currently sits comfortably at 506whp / 428lbft and runs like a dream. No odd noises, no smoke, rock solid idle, and a clean compression and leak down test.
This is the part where internet people are like "No WaY dUdE tHaT's ImPoSsIbLe!" but my one and only race from a dig was against a C7 Z06 and he got gapped by almost three cars by the top of 4th gear. Granted, we rolled off the line and then punched it, so no launch...and he pulled up complaining about traction. At that time I was running 453whp/458lbft. Whatever bro, take your Corvette back to the golf course. With the current power level, you can run with Hellcats on the highway if you want.
I mostly drive it like a grandmother because I'm 42 and my street racing days are getting further and further behind me as the days roll on. It's just not my scene too much any longer, and this car has benefited from that, because she runs like a charm.
- OEM wheels, powder-coated in "Goldtastic" by Prismatic Powders
- 95% new Michelin Pilot Sport 4s tires, OEM size
- H&R 30mm wheel spacers (not installed but they look DOPE when they are)
- Cusco strut tower bar (looks cool, does nothing probably)
- Hondata FlashPro
- Hondata FK8 Fuel System
- PRL e85 kit
- Upgraded JSR PTFE fuel lines
- PRL catted downpipe
- PRL front pipe
- PRL intake
- PRL inlet pipe
- PRL intercooler w/ piping
- GReddy SP Supreme Exhaust
- Rampage 3.5" MAF
- Rampage RS-550 turbo upgrade (maybe 500 miles on it)
- Clutch Masters FX400 clutch
- Koyorad radiator
- Hasport rear engine mount (I cannot recall the exact one, but it doesn't buzz or rattle annoyingly)
- SPC rear camber kit
- Smoked turn signals
- Tint, some percent I cannot remember
- Fake Mugen shift knob
I just put brand new OEM replacement brakes and rotors on a few hundred miles ago. You're welcome.
I feel like there are more upgrades but it's been a long day.
There is a little wear on the driver's seat because I am fatass, and there is some wear on the inner driver side storage compartment where my pocket folder knife would rub sometimes. Aside from that, there's a nick on the front lip, but otherwise...pretty sure that's all. Oh, cracked windshield too. So yeah that. But for the most part, she's clean, she's beautiful, and she's fast a shit. And reliable as hell too.
$50,000.00 including ALL OEM parts and a spare (blown but with no holes in the block) K20C1 long block that you can build on the side.
Anyhow, if anyone has any questions, ask away. I am in kinda want to sell mode but it is by no means a necessity.
