Update:

Found a trans for $900 shipped. Came off a 2019 SI, 15k

There getting back to me probably tomorrow. They need to pull it out first and inspect. Fingers crossed everything is good and I can pay and get it here quick.

Right! The catch is it was a front end wreck. So I asked for bore scope pics. It does come with a 30 day warranty at least.

Unless the front end was completely crushed, the trans should be OK. In Jan 2013 my wife decided to collide our 2004 Sienna into a parked car, and although the transaxle snapped, the transmission was salvageable!

The funny thing is, the parked car she hit had a For Sale sign on it. When the guy who owned the car told me don't worry about the car, he was more worried about my wife's safety, I told him I'm not worried. I just bought it...LOL

Lady called back and trans is no good. The hunt continues!

Ordered a "replacement" today. I took a gamble on a slightly damaged one for $500. Low mileage like 10k.
The catch is that 6th gear is saying hello to the world via a hole in the case.

My case is good and my 6th gear looks intact, if the other needs 6th replaced.

Fingers crossed. I'm either going to get lucky at $500 or I'm going to eat it.

Pretty much 2-5th is gone in mine. Which would cost closer to 2k when it's said and done if I order all the parts OEM new. That's if I can even get them. Most stuff is on back oder rn.

Literally as I said that lol I may have found a way to get the HPD 4th.. will update.

Did you have any signs of your 4th gear going out or was it sudden? For some reason when I'm doing a pull and I shift from 3rd into 4th there is a short delay of acceleration. I can tell it is in gear, but it takes a second to "catch" it seems. It has me a little worried. All other gears are quick engagements and the acceleration starts immediately.
