I have these, and yes you can simply remove them and wash them off. I use a power washer with a wide spray to gently and quickly remove the worst of the dirt, follow with a soft brush and soapy water to get the nooks and crannies, and then power wash them again to rinse. Easy to do when you stand them up against a wall.
I got these for my wife’s new accord. When I got my new civic these were a no brainer. They are awesome mats and aren’t slippery like the weather techs etc.
I finally got these after dealing with about 6 sets of weathertechs. The weathertechs never fit right after a few months and always started buckleing on the sides ,letting junk get under them.
The maxpiders are lighter, more cushiony and cover the full dead pedal as mentioned.
I've got grey and so far I haven't had to remove them to clean them.
The only thing I liked about the weathertechs, was the deep grooves that channeled water and rocks to the back of them. I'm forever picking up rocks on the maxpiders and throwing them out the car, lol
Oh, and unlike the weathertechs passenger side, the maxpiders stay put, and isn't going anywhere even without any clips.
The front a rear 3D Maxpider floor mats for the Civic Sedan will work with the Hatchback as well.
When my buddy traded is 2017 Sedan Si in, he gave me his floor mats to me -- fits like a glove.\
Rear mats comes in 3 pieces.
Not sure about the Coupe, though...I would *assume* the front floor mats are the same?
EDIT:
Just on the Costco (Canada) site ... since my buddy bought his from there.
The Civic Sedan/Hatchback/Coupe are all in the same category, 2016 ~ 2020.
I used mine for the last week and absolutely love them. I'm really glad I stopped myself when the WeatherTechs were in my amazon cart ready to purchase and said to myself, "let me see what civicx recommends."
