Not sure yet, my buddy is always busy and our schedules don’t line up usually. Just trying to find the time to do it is a struggle haha.
Gotcha

Filed the powder coat from the "27WON" badge. Now it's "machined" logo.

Setup looks awesome! I painted my 27won logo and I’m just waiting for the weekend to get here so I can install. I’m FBO with W1.
I have the flex fuel kit waiting too but need to figure out how I’m gonna run that with the catch can. I can’t wait to hear & feel the difference.

I went with the natural machined look.

Can you provide a step by step how you did this? I may copy it...
I used 2 files, the first was more aggressive the second less aggressive for a smooth finish. Filing only works going in the forward direction so I held the file at about a 45 degree angle using 2 hands make smooth long strokes from front to back of logo, starting at the N and ending at the 2. Very light pressure you will see the powder coat start to come off, keep going until you see metal. You will have to go over it a bunch of time to remove the powder coat evenly and get the metal filed evenly. Keep the file flat and be patient. Really only took 10 mins. I attached pic of the angle I held file and the motion. I used single cut file not cross. Will have to move the point of contact up and down to remove even amount from the top of letter to the bottom. Hope this makes sense. Move the file slow use 2 hands and keep file flat. You should be fine.

You inspired me and I did that to mine today after a valve adjustment haha so simple and yet such a difference.

Also, for people wanting to hear the W1 with the tip. Here’s a shitty video of my car from 3rd-4th.

So I don't have files on hand but I do have a dremel (I know lol...). Didn't turn out as clean as yours but I think it looks really good still. Great idea!!

Great 3-4 shift by the way. Love that in these cars, a quick flick of the wrist and your there.

I love the feel of the transmission compared to many others I’ve driven. I just stab the clutch and like you said, quick flick and bam. I do no lift shift because there’s no bog between gears which I hate haha.

Looks great but wont that raw part rust over time? Might need some kind of clear coat.
