Yes. There are 2 factors to this: Air & Fuel (AFR). Guarantee the fueling will give out long before the air. A more efficient turbo that produces stronger pressure with lower boost demand.I bet you it's minor enough that it would discourage people from buying it who don't have an upgraded turbo lol. Probably only a few horsepower, hard to feel that difference.
