Hi all,

Installing the 27WON TIP for my 10 Gen civic Hatch CVT.

I got to the step where you install 2 long flange bolts on the bottom. However, there is already a bolt that’s on my stock turbo, so one of the long flange bolt will not go in. My question is do I have to remove this bolt on the stock Turbo to make the long flange bolt fit? Or did I ordered the wrong part?

Yes to the teeth. I’m on step 30.
The 2 12mm nuts and 1 long flange bolt it’s fit fine. It’s just that one long flange bolt does the go in because the bolt on the pen turbo is blocking it.

I did that step 17. However my problem os with the lower long flange bolt. In the picture I am holding that long bolt in my hand. It is blocked by the bolt on the oem turbo.

Instructions pic does not shows any bolt there so my guess would be to remove it. Might want to contact Vincent @27won to confirm.

Lock two nuts together that will fit on the stud that is on the turbo, then loosen and remove it.
