downpipe will be coming out this winter. Casting are in production as we speak. Now that we have the Kuro turbo will the downpipe be available anytime soon?
Too early to say lol.black friday turbo n downpipe combo deal?
Thanks for sharing that update mate. Good to see its giving you great gains.Just passed 9K miles with the Kuro, it's been super reliable since Day 1
Daily driving, 2 track days and 3x autoX events to date. I was hitting 176kmh on the front straights at Toronto Motorsports Park when the car was stock, with the Kuro I've seen it briefly touch 192kmh on the same straight. Low 190kmh is F80 M3 territory, C7 Z06 just creep past 200kmh for reference.
All in all, very happy with the upgrade and I know my 406whp is nowhere near the potential. Street MAF, stock fuel system, and ok gas quality with no access to ethanol are my limitations
please do post back with results after the install and tuning is complete. Alex and the guys at Humble have a lot of experience.I drop my car off tomorrow at humble performance. They will be installing the kuro turbo and the rest of my bolt ons. Prl Race Intake & inlet, Prl Catless DP, xdi pump, hondata injectors, hondata, Wagner intercooler, Prl charge pipes(for the pipe and throttle coupler only) gonna be on 91. Can’t wait to see the results.
Yes I do plan to. Hopefully I’ll get it next weekend but could take longer.please do post back with results after the install and tuning is complete. Alex and the guys at Humble have a lot of experience.
Hey Vincent,
How does this turbo compare to MHi stage 2 turbo?
Curious as I am looking to get a replacement for my car and the price of Kuro seems appealing and if it is available now, rather pull trigger on this instead of waiting for RV6 which won’t be available for another 2months.
Would I see any gains or differences between Mhi and Kuro?
Spoke to Richie directly and Nov30th is to add you to list for next order and Turbo won’t be available for another 1-2months according to RichieI'm curioon this exact question. But also note the RV6 turbo is available on the 30th.
They are similar in size, the two main differences between the Kuro and MHI is our Kuro uses a pont milled wheel on the compressor and is a ball bearing unit.Hey Vincent,

Thanks Vincent for the information. In layman's terms, is the fact that the Kuro is point milled and ball bearing better and if so, in what way? They are similar in size, the two main differences between the Kuro and MHI is our Kuro uses a pont milled wheel on the compressor and is a ball bearing unit.
