Thanks Vincent for the information. In layman's terms, is the fact that the Kuro is point milled and ball bearing better and if so, in what way?
Yes it is,

Point milled allows us a better design on the wheel which is more efficient and can flow more for a given size. Ball bearings spool faster and are much more durable then JB counterparts.

I drop my car off tomorrow at humble performance. They will be installing the kuro turbo and the rest of my bolt ons. Prl Race Intake & inlet, Prl Catless DP, xdi pump, hondata injectors, hondata, Wagner intercooler, Prl charge pipes(for the pipe and throttle coupler only) gonna be on 91. Can’t wait to see the results.
Following up to hear what you put down on the dyno?

@27won Kuro FK8 Drop in Turbo on the dynapacks with a 116WHP increase over baseline.
This turbo charger is action packed from 2800 RPM all the way to redline. Diego's PPM FK8 cranking out 425WHP on a stock fuel system, Street MAF housing, E30 and full bolt on's part catalog.

Nice. I wonder what air to fuel ratio that was at. 26 psi and e30 must have been running it on the lean side

I would presume around .82 lambda or so.

Yes, me too, I have an XDI fuel pump and it's between this and the MHI (which is on sale at Full Race for $1999 right now).

I do a lot of city driving so quick spool is important which rules out big boys like the RV660.
